We delete the data arising in this connection after storage is no longer necessary, or restrict processing if there are legal storage obligations. If we would like to use commissioned service providers for individual functions of our offer or use your data for advertising purposes, we will inform you in detail about the respective processes below. We will also state the specified criteria for the storage period.

We process your personal data transmitted in this way on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. b DSGVO (enquiries within the framework of a mandate relationship or other contract or for the initiation of a mandate contract) or Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f DSGVO (enquiries outside a mandate contract and the initiation of a mandate contract). Our legitimate interest is to answer your inquiries.

We only pass on your personal data to third parties if:
you have given your express consent under Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a DSGVO, the transfer under Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f DSGVO is necessary for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims, and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding interest worthy of protection in the non-disclosure of your data, in the event that the transfer under Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. c DSGVO, as well as this is legally permissible and is necessary for the processing of contractual relationships with you according to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b DSGVO.

4. storage period of data

If necessary, we process and store your personal data for the duration of our business relationship, which also includes, for example, the initiation and processing of a client relationship or other contract. It should be noted that our business relationship is usually a continuing obligation that is intended to last for years.
In addition, we are subject to various storage and documentation obligations, which result from the German Commercial Code (HGB) and the German Fiscal Code (AO), among others. The periods of retention or documentation specified there are 6 years for correspondence in connection with the conclusion of a contract and 10 years for accounting records (§§ 238, 257 para. 1 and 4 HGB, § 147 para. 1 and 3 AO).
Finally, the storage period is also assessed according to the statutory limitation periods, which, for example, according to §§ 195 ff. of the German Civil Code (BGB), are usually three years, but in certain cases can be up to thirty years.
We delete the data after expiry of the storage and documentation obligations and the relevant limitation periods.
Log files and cookies are deleted within the periods of time mentioned in paragraphs 1. and 5.

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”). In this context, pseudonymised user profiles are created and cookies (see section 5) are used. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website such as

With regard to the personal data stored by us about you, you have the following rights: information (Art. 15 DSGVO, § 34 BDSG), correction (Art. 16 DSGVO), limitation of processing (Art. 18 DSGVO), deletion (Art. 17 DSGVO, § 35 BDSG) and data transferability in a structured, common and machine-readable format (Art. 20 DSGVO).
If we process your personal data on the basis of legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 letter f DSGVO, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 21 DSGVO if there are reasons for doing so that arise from your particular situation or if the objection is directed against direct advertising. 7. data security

We use the common SSL (Secure Socket Layer) method in connection with the highest encryption level supported by your browser. As a rule, this is a 256-bit encryption. If your browser does not support 256-bit encryption, we use 128-bit v3 technology instead. You can tell whether an individual page of our website is being transmitted in encrypted form by the closed display of the key or lock symbol in the lower status bar of your browser.
